If you plan to attend the conference, here is some information on how
to get here and where to stay.
TRANSPORTATION
Princeton may be reached by

- Air to Newark or Philadelphia airports or the regional airport at Trenton
- Amtrak to Trenton or Metro Park
- Commuter rail – New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor Line to Princeton Junction or Princeton
- Bus from Port Authority in New York City to Nassau Street near the campus gates
- Driving
Air
It is easier and less expensive to get to Princeton from Newark Airport than from Philadelphia International, although lower airfares may be available to Philadelphia. NJ Transit trains go directly from Newark airport to Princeton Junction or Princeton (see below). To take public transportation from Philadelphia you must take SEPTA trains to NJ Transit. Car fares are lower from Newark than Philadelphia.
Rail

- Amtrak: http://www.amtrak.com/. Trenton is the nearest station unless you are coming from the Boston area, in which case Metro Park is closer. From either Trenton or Metro Park you can transfer to NJ Transit. (See below.)
- NJ Transit: https://www.njtransit.com/ The Northeast Corridor line (from NYC-Penn Station or Trenton) has stops at Princeton Junction and Princeton.
- At Princeton Junction there are usually waiting at the station or you may call a ride service, such as Uber or Lyft.
- If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency, call the hotel in advance or when you arrive and they will schedule their shuttle to pick you up.
- If you purchase a ticket to Princeton, it includes a transfer at Princeton Junction to “The Dinky” shuttle which stops at Princeton’s campus. From there you may take a shuttle bus, a taxi, or walk to your destination.
Bus
There is bus service to Nassau Street in downtown Princeton. The #100 Coach Suburban Transit leaves from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. See https://www.coachusa.com/
Parking Information
Free visitor parking is available in Lot 21 on the Princeton campus. Space is on a first-come first-served basis. A shuttle can take you closer to your campus destination. Other campus parking is only available after 5:00 p.m. The conference hotels provide parking, but the Nassau Inn charges an extra fee. The Hyatt Regency provides free parking and a free shuttle to campus.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Princeton has two hotels within walking distance of campus: The Nassau Inn and the Peacock Inn. We have made arrangements for special rates at The Nassau Inn and the Hyatt Regency, which will provide a free shuttle to and from campus. Here is information on both options:

- The Hyatt Regency Hotel, https://princeton.hyatt.com, is a five-minute ride via free shuttle that will drop you as close as possible to the conference venue and can be summoned for return to the hotel. The University’s room rate here, including taxes, is about $158/night. Wi-fi is included.
